An important part of the corporate strategy is Total Quality Management.
The basic elements are set out in the form of seven TOP principles, which are building on all our staff.
Our Total Quality Management target is to achieve continuous improvements, improvements that will enable
us to anticipate customer requirements, understand them, and fulfil them, ensuring that the company rightfully
earns the reputation of a preferred supplier - and lives up to it.

Quality Assurance procedures are enshrined in accordance with ISO 9001 in a Quality Management manual, which is the basis for our ISO certification. This allows us to guarantee standards of quality which fully meet the criteria of the Standard.
